At Prime Key BD, we are committed to providing our customers with only genuine, functional, and secure digital license keys. Due to the nature of digital products, our return and refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and secure for both parties.

Return Policy

All of our products are delivered digitally and instantly. As such, returns are not accepted once a license key has been delivered and viewed or used.

We strongly recommend that customers carefully verify system compatibility and product details before completing a purchase.

রিটার্ন নীতি

আমাদের সব পণ্য ডিজিটাল এবং তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে ডেলিভারি করা হয়। তাই একবার লাইসেন্স কী ডেলিভারি ও দেখা বা ব্যবহৃত হলে, রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

আমরা দৃঢ়ভাবে পরামর্শ দিই যে, গ্রাহকরা যেন ক্রয়ের আগে পণ্যের বিবরণ ও ডিভাইসের সামঞ্জস্যতা ভালোভাবে যাচাই করে নেন।

Refund Policy

Refunds or replacements are available under the following conditions:

✅ The license key is invalid or non-functional
✅ The issue is reported within 48 hours of purchase
✅ The key has not been activated or used
✅ The customer provides clear proof of the issue (e.g., screenshots or error messages)

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

❌ The wrong product was purchased
❌ You changed your mind after receiving the key
❌ The product is incompatible with your device or system
❌ You failed to follow the activation instructions provided

রিফান্ড নীতি

নিম্নলিখিত শর্তগুলো পূরণ হলে রিফান্ড বা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট প্রদান করা হয়:

✅ লাইসেন্স কী ইনভ্যালিড বা কাজ না করলে
✅ সমস্যা ক্রয়ের ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিপোর্ট করলে
✅ কী অ্যাক্টিভেট বা ব্যবহার না করলে
✅ গ্রাহক সুস্পষ্ট প্রমাণ প্রদান করলে (যেমন স্ক্রিনশট, এরর মেসেজ ইত্যাদি)

নিম্নোক্ত ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়:

❌ ভুল পণ্য ক্রয় করা হয়েছে
❌ কী পাওয়ার পর মত পরিবর্তন হয়েছে
❌ পণ্যটি আপনার ডিভাইস বা সিস্টেমের সাথে কম্প্যাটিবল নয়
❌ আপনি সঠিকভাবে অ্যাক্টিভেশন নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করেননি

Replacement Policy

If a license key is found to be defective or already used, we will:

• Attempt to issue a free replacement first
• If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed 

প্রতিস্থাপন নীতি

যদি কোনো লাইসেন্স কী ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা পূর্বেই ব্যবহৃত প্রমাণিত হয়, তাহলে আমরা:

• প্রথমে একটি বিনামূল্যের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করব
• যদি রিপ্লেসমেন্ট উপলব্ধ না থাকে, তাহলে পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে
